UPDATE: FISU World University Championship

Due to just released information on FISU, note that the deadline to submit a Preliminary Entry Request - PER - has been moved earlier to 26 April. 

If you are intending to qualify for this event (end of qualification period is 30/6/26), you must submit a PER by the new and earlier deadline of 26 April in order to be included in the Preliminary Entries. The link to the PER can be found on the Preliminary Entry Request page of the website.

Note that there is a $200 non-refundable Participation/Fisu Fee per attending athlete/official that must be paid to WNZ by 30 April 2026. 

Athletes should refer to the New Qualification Standards  for A Grade in the new bodyweight classes as this event will be held after 1 August 2026.
