Please be advised of the following: No Payment = No Entry To secure your spot in any competition, payment must be made at the time of entry. Failure to do so will result in your entry being invalid. No Entry = No Verified Final Entry (VFE) Only those who have completed their payment will be considered for the Verified Final Entry (VFE). If you have not paid, you will not be included in the final competition listing. VFE Close Date is Final If the VFE date shows the 14th of October, as an example, this means that entries must be submitted and paid by midnight on the 13th of October. THE VFE PERIOD IS CLOSED AS OF 14TH OCTOBER. After this time, no further entries will be accepted, and the competition will be closed. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all entries are submitted and paid on time. Thank you for your understanding.
